Another Amazing Series from Boston.com
Boston.com’s Big Picture has quickly become one of my favorite destinations for incredible photography. Their recent photo stories for Earth Day and “Peering into North Korea” were particularly excellent, and include wonderful images, including my favorite of a woman carrying water in the City of Hyesan (here).
On Saturday, they posted a new series, “2009 Formula One season, wet & dry.” It includes some dramatic images of the cars and drivers in what has so far been one of the most exciting seasons of F1 racing in over a decade. The photographs of the scenes in Malaysia and Shanghai, in particular, tell a far better story of just how treacherous the wet racing conditions were than I’d seen in any of the the video coverage.
