Tarzan builds a bicycle

Bamboo and fiberglass. I had to dodge Cheetah to take these photos.

Apparently, Alexander Hamilton invented the cell phone

I just discovered the "Drunk History" video series from a post on Mashable

The premise? Get someone drunk and record them recounting a bit of history. Then make a movie out of it.

Brilliant.

My faves:

The entire series can be found on YouTube.

MobileMe Calendar Beta: I'm in!

Just got my invite to join the MobileMe Calendar beta. Finally, after all these years, the recognition I have been waiting for.

"You like me! You really, really like me!!" «sniff»

Yes, of course that's how you'd do it. Of course.

Such a clever idea.

First thing I thought of when I saw this?

"Hey, now I can type text messages while I'm driving without taking my eyes off the road."

Yes, I'm going to hell.

The amazing Ford story

“The more than you can have a point of view about the future and clarify what you are about … the more it just unleashes all the creativity,”
-Alan Mulally, President and CEO of Ford

Great article in the Detroit Free Press on Ford. What Mulally and team have accomplished has been nothing short of amazing.

As someone who regularly used to ridicule domestic automakers while at the same time longing for Ford to bring its Focus RS to North America, I am just a little bit surprised to find myself thinking seriously about a Ford Mustang GT as my next car. Seriously.

On the bright side, the iPhone 4 takes an exceptionally good picture

That's a cut fibre optic cable. Second time. After first repair, Verizon didn't bury the cable. It makes a nice chunking noise when it gets sliced.

Hello, 3G.
